As a responsible Canadian distributor, our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear information, meaningful choices, and informed guidance to help customers select machinery and attachments that best suit their needs and budget. One of the reasons we are able to offer our products at highly competitive pricing is our streamlined sales model, which does not always allow customers to view equipment in person prior to purchase.
We recognize that purchasing equipment without a hands-on demonstration can feel intimidating. To address this, we make every effort to provide comprehensive, independent information to support confident purchasing decisions. Where applicable, we also provide a limited post-delivery verification period, as outlined below, to demonstrate our commitment to transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction.
1. Heavy Equipment Sales & Verification Period
All sales of heavy equipment, machinery, and power units are considered final once the equipment has been delivered or picked up, subject only to the limited verification period described below.
Customers are granted a 48-hour verification period from the time of delivery or pickup to operate the equipment for up to one (1) cumulative hour solely to confirm basic functionality of the equipment.
This verification period:
- Is not a trial or rental period
- Does not permit production work, commercial use, or extended operation
- Is voided immediately if the equipment shows signs of misuse, damage, abnormal wear, modification, or operation beyond the one-hour limit
Any damage related to shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Outside of verified manufacturing defects or seller shipping errors identified within the verification period, no refunds or returns will be accepted.
A reasonable attempt will be made to rectify any verified manufacturing defects via the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Please see our Warranty section for further details.
Returns are subject to Return Authorization by the seller.
2. No-Refund Conditions
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Buyer’s change of mind
- Failure to conduct due diligence prior to purchase
- Incorrect equipment selection
- Incompatibility with the buyer’s project, site conditions, or requirements
- Delays in shipping, delivery, setup, or commissioning caused by third parties
3. Buyer Responsibility & Due Diligence
Prior to purchase, it is the buyer’s responsibility to:
- Verify equipment specifications, features, and compatibility
- Request any additional information, documentation, or clarification required
- Confirm suitability for the intended application
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the terms of this Return Policy, including the limited verification period and no-refund conditions. Customers are encouraged to contact us with any questions before purchasing.
4. Manufacturing Defects & Warranty Claims
If equipment or an attachment is found to have a verified manufacturing defect, the matter will be handled strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
The seller’s responsibility is limited to facilitating warranty claims, and parts provision as outlined by the manufacturer. Please see our Warranty section for further details.
5. Seller Order Errors
If the seller ships an incorrect item, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for return or replacement at no additional cost, provided the item remains unused and in original condition.
6. Return Authorization
No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
7. Inspection & Final Approval
All approved returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Final approval of any return, refund, or credit is at the sole discretion of the seller.
8. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, at the seller’s discretion, within 10–14 business days following inspection and approval.
